Check the original beside the text

Find any source account or book page, compare the captured text, and keep a proposed correction. Edits remain local drafts. Existing source, entry, sense and gesture reviews retain their own scope.

A page is source context. An account’s boundaries remain unasserted unless its existing evidence says otherwise. Fine letters may require detail from the original supplied PDF.

Captured text and draft

Saved draft baseline

Drafts and imports use this saved capture. Dictionary and Books readings may have later corrections.

Save a draft after editing. Export includes retained unsaved edits. Changes to different fields can merge across tabs; competing changes to the same field require a choice. Imports must match the exact source baseline. If browser storage fails, keep an exported copy before leaving.

Source identities and review evidence

Earlier drafts and source history

The earlier 18-account workspace and its saved drafts remain available for comparison. Migration copies only drafts whose original source context still matches. Changed records stay in the earlier file for manual comparison.

Review workflow

Checking, saved edits and independent decisions

Choose the exact book, source account or PDF leaf. Read all continuations, variants and owned components before claiming a full entry. Approximate boxes locate recorded regions; unavailable geometry stays unavailable. Machine outputs and their differences remain separate from corrected text and source checks.

  1. Draft: Save or export proposed text, uncertainty and notes against the saved baseline. A draft cannot change acceptance.
  2. Checked: A source checker records the exact field or passage, genuine original evidence, actor, date and uncertainty in a separately attributed proposal.
  3. Second review: A distinct reviewer authenticates the frozen proposal and exact source versions and records their own findings.
  4. Disputed: Retain both findings and prior versions. Keep the affected field held until exact evidence and a recorded adjudication establish the scoped decision.
  5. Published: A reviewed release records its exact source and software versions, intended audience, publication date and release or deployment receipt. Local review, adoption and installation remain local until that release occurs.

Editors change drafts only. Source checkers and independent reviewers provide separately attributed evidence and scoped findings. A release owner records adoption, installation and the reviewed release. Source, full entry, figure owner, meaning, gesture and modern-language reviews keep separate scope.

Different saved fields can merge; competing edits need a choice. Rejected saves/imports preserve drafts and typed text. Export before leaving if storage is unavailable. A source correction requires fresh affected comparison and learning review; stale version-bound claims cannot supply acceptance.
